Reduce stiffness, enhance circulation and improve mobility in this gentle yoga class. We focus on breathing, simple range of motion, and cultivating strength and stability. You can join from a chair, from the floor, or stand and receive benefits! Yoga Gently also serves as a moving meditation.

Time: Wednesdays 3:00 - 4:15pm Pacific


This class is designed to cultivate deep relaxation through a combination of range of motion, supported postures, and “pranayama” (breathing techniques). The result encourages muscular release and nourishment to the nervous system and spirit. Learn to let go, be still, and restore.

What you’ll need:

• 1 yoga mat

• 2, 3, or 4 yoga blankets, normal blankets, or beach towels

• 2 yoga bolsters or large pillows

• 1 pillow, hand towel, or anything you’d like to use for neck support

• Washcloth or eye-cover

• Chair optional for intentional rest position
